Over a number of weeks young people from the CPCT youth club were asked to think about the idea of boundaries and places that were important to them in the area. Then, through learning interviewing skills and techniques, the young people came up with a series of questions and interviewed each other and the youth workers, leaving the subject open to interpretation. This recording is an edited version of six interviews that cover a range of interpretations, from ethnic origin, belonging and identity to location and community.
Following interviewing and digital recording training in April 2016 volunteers from the boundaries project interviewed local people about the area.
The interviews covered a wide range of topics. People talk about moving to the area, coming across the local boundaries and how that effects them to the history and detail of boundary issues.
The interviews were edited by Connie Main.
